The Spanish staff at breakfast was excellent and fantastic. He is indeed a great asset. One of the best I've seen in recent times
The breakfast is very poor, there should be improvement
Really confortable beds. Fabulous shower and Crabtree &Evelyn shampoo! Very responsive staff. The garden is gorgeous and if you ask they will switch on the patio heaters for you. Breakfast is a bliss. In fact, the breakfast was so good, I got up earlier, to be able to enjoy the full experience. I like the idea of a long tray of fresh apples.
I shall definately stay here next time I am in London. Boutique chic without the 'London' price tag. Ideal location for getting into the City or Hammersmith Apollo for a concert.
i thought the hotel was very trendy, the rooms were very comfortable the staff were friendly and helpful, i really enjoyed staying there and would again.
the japanese restarant was amazing and quite well priced. laos the included breakfast was great too
Design of hotel, really nice breakfast and closeness to tube.
Nice, clean hotel at a competitive rate
Room was very small and only a shower, no bath
the italian resturant next to the hotel is great and the location is close to the metro
very very small rooms, breakfast wasnt good
Nice hotel, great location, will definately be using again
The hotel was very clean and modern. Once inside the decor and style was really nice. The check in desk staff were always friendly as were the staff in the resturant and bar. We had booked a street view room but were moved for free to a quieter back room which wasnt big but was perfectly fine for me and my girlfriend for two nights. The room was fully equipped with coffe machine, kettle, hairdryer, great bathroom, fridge, free safe and free 5 day wifi access. It really was nice the bed was so comfortable and the room was cleaned spotlessley. We didnt dine in the resturant in the evenings as the Japanese menu wasnt to our liking but it looked good enough. The bar was failrly well stocked for the size with a couple of types of lager by the bottle and wines by glass or bottle. However due to prices we went to the shop around the corner and picked up a bottle of wine cheaply and took it back to the room as wine glasses were provided in the room. The continental breakfast comes free with the room and was delicious with plenty to eat and drink. I didnt crave a full english all weekend. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will consider it again when we go for a weekend in London, the price, the location from the M4 coming from the west and 2 minute walk to the tube made our weekend brilliant. Definatly check it out!
Nearest North Ealing underground station is fine
There was unpleasant smell in the room.
Small hotel but attention has been paid to detail. Staff are very professional and nice.
Interior of this hotel completely belies the exterior view. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms extremely well equipped and beds very comfortable. We chose a garden view to avoid any noise from the main road. The oriental design both inside and out is very peaceful and calming. I would thoroughly recommend to friends and family. Getting into the car park across 2 lanes of traffic, nose to tail, was the only challenge....but parking is free so worth the wait.
No complaints. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the Japanese restaurant.
The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel was rather pretty and the back garden (where we had our breakfast outside since the weather was nice) was really pretty). There were shops (that seemed to be open more or less 24 h) just on the street and a nice pub too! Tube (metro) station was also only two-minute walk away. And taxi to Heathrow cost only £18. The breakfast was nice, we liked it but we don't eat much in the morning anyway. If you're looking for a lot to eat then it's probably not so nice. A/C was good too and you could adjust it yourself. We didn't try the japanese restaurant in the hotel since we stayed so shortly but it seemed nice. Also when although I had booked street-facing room (since it was the only one left) when signing in I was given side room, which was smaller but much nicer since it was quieter! They also checked if it was okay to have it smaller but quieter. Also liked the complimentary water. And it's nice that the hotel was so small (and the reception was still open 24 h). And, have to mention, the coffee (regular coffee, French press pot) was excellent! As was the free, well working wifi too.
The room was really really small. We did fit in quite nicely but still it was nice it was only for three nights; it did require moving things around e.g. in front of the door during the night to access cupboard etc. Some little peculiar things like the room key we forgot to the room was removed... They said the cleaning staff does it, in case it's an old key, but still... They probably just have a shortage of keys. We would have gotten a new one should we have wanted to though. Also, it's about 30-40 min metro ride away from the centre of London, which is quite far. It's on Piccadilly line which is easy if that's what you want to access, but it's one of the most busy lines too. It wasn't a huge bother, but it didn't want to make you to go back and forth during the day; we just left in the morning and came back at night which was a little tireing though. But then again the Heathrow was easy access too and our station (North Ealing) wasn't busy at all until Baron/Earls Court was reached. But if you don't mind any of that, and even still, I'd really recommend this hotel though!
Great value for money. Way better than some city centre hotel at double the price
